Dorian Shoemaker has been a licensed nursing home administrator and been with Kingston Healthcare since 2023. She is the Executive Director at the Kingston at Dupont location. She has been in the long term care industry for over ten years! Seeing the smiles on the residents faces every day keeps her going. Dorian values teamwork, keeping a positive work environment and team fun! Outside of work Dorian enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and walking her dogs.

Billy Craig is a Director of Nursing that specializes in memory care. He started out as a CNA in 2008 and became a nurse in 2011. He has worked in many healthcare settings but has 16 years of experience in long term care settings. Billy has been a Director of Nursing since 2019 and has spent the last two years as Director of Nursing at Kingston at Dupont. Billy enjoys providing genuine care to residents that are suffering from dementia. He takes pride in Kingston at Dupont’s high standard of care that the residents receive. Billy values hard work, teamwork, and putting smiles on the faces of the residents and their family members. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, coaching little league baseball, and fishing.  

Sarah Englehart is an Activity Director and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant specializing in memory care. She received her associate’s degree from Rhodes State College in 2015 and has nine years of experience working in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Sarah enjoys improving residents’ overall quality of life by providing an array of engaging daily activities. She takes pride in Kingston at DuPont’s high activity participation score and socialization of its residents. Sarah values kindness, team work, patience and just general fun in the work place. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, trying out new restaurants and photography.  

Maria Nancarrow is the Community Specialist and primarily focuses on marketing and sales for our Kingston Residence and Kingston at Dupont. Her background is in marketing, development and funding for various organizations in the Dupont area. She has been heavily involved with several nonprofits over the years and serves on the Alzheimer Association Walk Committee for 2024 and as a Board Member and Development Chair for RLNI. Her favorite part of her role at Kingston is supporting families while making sometimes tough decisions about their loved ones. To see the relief of the families when their loved one is flourishing is very rewarding.  She loves building relationships with the families and residents and hearing about their past lives, especially Veterans.  Maria spends her free time oil painting, reading and enjoying her two children and three dogs.
